To be honest, for an "S" tier I would not just like a convenient and secure place to lock, but a cover against rain as well.

Camera technology exists. Putting a camera on a bicycle is easy. But Thames Valley Police is not exactly enthusiastic if you report road crime to them.

What makes you think that? Evidence usually shows that better walking/cycling environments improve personal safety, reduces crime. Not to speak of traffic safety obviously.

Ensuring regular and reliable public transport is exactly what the congestion charge is about.

I mean they literally convert fossil fuels in poisonous smoke, so they are basically the tobacco and fossil fuel industry in one.

It also just shows how shit their electoral system is. Other countries in Europe manage to have a strong far right party (which is terrible, don't get me wrong) without them magically gaining a majority in parliament due to fucked up voting systems
