Ongoing for decades…so why now? Could it be that Nigeria has vast, largely untapped deposits of minerals deemed critical to U.S. economy & national security, particularly for high-tech industries? The same reason he wishes to buy Greenland, control the Panama Canal, & make Canada the 51st state?
