reminds me of the nazi bar anecdote. you 100% have to expel bigots of all kinds from your community IMMEDIATELY, or they'll multiply and take over. don't give them a chance, don't make excuses for them. let them know they're not welcome
re: racism in the ffxiv space, you have to remove bigots from your rp communities too. this is non-negotiable to me. the amount of times i've seen people still rp with bad actors because it's "just roleplay" is too damn high. i've seen too many people look the other way from cruel, awful people
