For us Gen X'ers and Millenials who were mall kids, this dish was in almost every mall food court in the country - bourbon chicken. I made veggie brown rice to go with it. Another one of my recipe reverse engineering feats 😋

Greetings from one of the prettiest work zones in the world. March 17 kicks of this years clearing work to reopen Rainy and Washington passes after a long winter. Work typically takes 4-6 weeks.
