No placements! Everyone automatically is at Bronze 3. I think they still do half-season resets as well as end of season resets. You go down seven divisions, so if ur gold, you go back to bronze, if ur in plat, youll end up in silver ect. It's to keep the comp spirit alive and make u stay playing.

the way the system works though, youll be able to work your way out of bronze and silver easily especially if u have shooter hero experience already. Gold brings in bans and people tend to fill roles more tolerably, atleast that is my experience

I play rivals comp! There is not, sadly. Rivals dev have pretty much said they wont be adding role queue like ever.
