Pretty cool, but there is a dev_cheat mode, and specific steam ids get cosmetics unlocked (presumably devs). A lot of things are client side, which is why hacking is really easy, which from what i heard makes sense since this was originally single player.

Reverse engineering Web Fishing and idk if this is documented, but here are all of the emoticons/phrases you can type in the chat to make your character react accordingly
