So here's the thing... many owners of homes in the ''upscale'' Altadena neighborhoods of multi-million dollar homes are black. My family owned a house on East Calaveras in Altadena from 1973-1996.
The house has been reduced to ashes. We grieve for the beautiful home on the hill with a big heart.
