A person yaps about their day, how things happened and what irked them. Then the listener must engage in it, contribute to the convo with their own experiences throughout the day. Don't just nod and "hm" it's such a mood killer

Sometimes people forget that being a listener doesn't just mean you 🤐👂 but also means being interactive, listens, asks, wonder, etc. (But ofc do it after the other has done talking. Make it so that each persons has a chance to talk)

I am curious and studious about everything, including specifically one's thoughts and opinions and ESPECIALLY in topics i'm interested in and am talking about it with them! The dynamic works for you that's great, i just hates when people romanticizes it, imo it just feels like a one sided convo😟

The original dynamic where one talks and the other listens is adorbs ngl, but it will get frustrating (for me) after a period of time.
