This just makes me miss pokemon duel. Its the reason zangoose is my favorite pokemon. Dude was cracked on that game.

Sadly I only havw two revivemints period, and one revivedust. Your tip on defending against the worst attacks in the order is pretty nifty, though. That one with the tight circle and swords is the one I can't really get past, the other ones are difficult but doable.

Thankfully heights arent an issue for me but if im playing a collectathon or Minecraft where im running around examining my surroundings in a 3d space for too long i have to lay down w the nausea for like 30 mins before i can keep going

I get motionsick playing minecraft after taking long breaks from it. You def need exposure therapy for some games.

Its a bit upsetting tbfh. There needs to be a difficulty setting either in a patch or for the final release. Slower bullets or even slightly less damage would help immensely for accessibility, and a colorblind filter would be fantastic. Ralsei wld look like 3 shades of grey to people.
June 6, 2025 at 8:15 PM
Cool, that's your level of difficulty, and you can keep that.
June 6, 2025 at 7:59 PM
Glad you had a challenge. Do it without the mantle then and have fun. That level of difficulty is not fun for everybody.
June 6, 2025 at 7:54 PM
Its not just about me, its about dozens of other disabled people that have the same issue lmao.
June 6, 2025 at 7:53 PM
Meanwhile y'all are acting like its blasphemy when my disabled ass doesn't want to retry a fight 60+ times because my reaction time is just not fast enough.
June 6, 2025 at 6:43 PM
Like I get what you're saying but I don't think sacrificing player qol is necessary to keep the effect of 'this adversary is going to kill us no matter what', frankly. Its still a hard fucking fight even with the mantle being party wide. Thats literally the only change it needs.
June 6, 2025 at 6:42 PM
The end result of a forced loss would literally not change though. Also, we don't know if they're the main antagonist or small potatoes in comparison to an overarching villain. Survival would be more balanced with a partywide effect.
June 6, 2025 at 6:41 PM
'It makes it too easy!' is the same copout people use to excuse not putting accessibility settings in souls games btw its just not a good look. And im not comparing dr to dark souls in difficulty or anything, its just making things easier for players is not the spit in the face you think it is.
June 6, 2025 at 6:08 PM
Also it does not lower it to 'fifteen per hit'?? Its like forty or fifty damage like other enemy attacks in the game. The frequency of attacks and the difficulty in dodging them more than makes up for the reduction in damage in this theoretical lmao.
June 6, 2025 at 6:06 PM
The boss would be insanely hard anyway because the attacks are already very, very quick and hard to dodge. Having the mantle is kind of the point to make it bearable, yes. It wouldn't make it 'too easy', it would just put it on par with Jevil and Spamton. Does THAT make sense?
