May I suggest looking into deliveries from your local grocery store. The one we use has an annual subscription, but then the delivery fees are waived. Also, voicemail will handle the calls.

I have played it a little. To me, it is a mashup of Civilization and Crusader Kings 3. So, 4x and family-story line. I guess I have not played it more because I bounce between all the games (so little time).
