Every 3 years I reread it thinking "sigh, this is gonna be the time I realize I've completely grown out of it" and then I get utterly annihilated by forest imps, cold fusion generator, animal husbandry, drilling for mana, thief's contracts, the true LWs, the deathtrap, ANYTHING involving BM/Sarda...

I would usually be against that, but also, my first serious story game was KH2. Imagine maximum ludonarrative resonance Roxas prologue and it's the first cutscenes you ever paid attention to and you are 11. Bacterial warfare would've been kinder to the brain.

It's a term that can mean something and when asked people tend to give similarly accurate definitions, then you ask to provide specific examples and it's just things they were mad at

I could never come up with a better example of the death of the AA space than pointing out Tales had 3 mainline on DS, a million spin-offs on the PSP, yet absolutely jack shit on the 3DS and the vita killed their big plans for the series
