Being honest counts for nothing and nobody believes you anyway. PLUS nobody really reads what you wrote, but you’re still supposed to write cover letters. You’re somehow supposed to also know the secret code how to say things and to figure out what people really are saying to you

Oh I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I hope you can figure out how all of you guys can get rest and accommodate for each other’s needs. It is indeed how burnout happens! Yeah, the everything in the world around also doesn’t help
