I was so scared the expectations for killers of the flowermoon were so high that I would be disappointed but I could not have been more wrong. What a fantastic film, which moves quickly despite its seemingly daunting runtime. Lily Gladstone is incredible

Occupied City is an ambitious feat by Steve McQueen, I appreciated the way the present and past were juxtaposed but it is a lot to digest

Memory is a sweet film with a compelling main cast - it did start a little too slow for my liking but the final act is the strongest and most fascinating one

I have been sitting on the Bikeriders for a while now - it is a good film, with a beautiful cinematography and great acting, but I struggled to truly engage with the film and connect with its story.

Saltburn is one of those films I will keep thinking about for a long time, I keep going back to the shots, the music and the cinematography. If you still have to see it, I would recommend going it knowing as little as possible

Second film of the London Film Festival was Lost in the Night - what a powerful film with such beautiful cinematography and tension building as it goes on, I am still thinking about it over and over

Happy #NationalCinemaDay to everyone who celebrates! I feel like I am doing a dress run of #LFF with three films in three different cinemas across the whole day but I am very excited for this fantastic line up of films I am finally catching up on

In January, a friend asked me where I would like to my writing published, the answer could only be Little White Lies. Now, what I thought was an unlikely new year's resolutions becomes real, I could not be happier to share this articles on two of my favourite recent films
