Our approach is to check the ‘showrooms’ page on the vendor’s website then contact the showroom in our territory for the memos we need. If we haven’t had a good experience with a particular showroom, then we order direct or through another showroom who has better customer service.

We feel this deeply! It’s incredibly frustrating when you can tell that the company added you to its list without you subscribing - we often get emails to multiple addresses - name@, design@, billing@, etc. So frustrating! We spend a lot of time unsubscribing! 😣

We tag all collaborators on projects *unless* our clients and/or we have had a negative experience with them. There is no obligation to tag someone who you wouldn’t confidently recommend to others. An exception is the photographer who captured the image and must always be given credit.
