in 2024, i hoped my single "mælstrom" would reach number 4 on the u of manitoba's campus radio...it made it to number 8. fast forward one year + my album "sonder" actually reached fourth position. extremely grateful. i guess i can retire from music now that this achievement has been unlocked. #umfm

🧵(7/7): SYZYGY...the completion of almost six years of writing/recording, SYZYGY is 33 tracks of existential/nihilistic songs, stories + spoken-word essays that chronicle an allegorical tale of the Moon + earth's destruction (due to religious extremism).

🧵(6/7): THE FEAR OF BREAKDOWN...the only b-side from the SONDER project was this song, which was loosely based on a psychoanalytic paper by the same name (by d. w. winnicott). the building on this single is the de young museum in san francisco.
