Internet's gonna internet, and if a callout goes viral there's always going to be someone who takes things too far, like doxxing and death threats. I personally don't think it's worth it, especially when it can't be 100% proven but some people will go to those extremes even without hard evidence.

There have already been cases of a person turning out to be innocent after they were accused of AI usage, but by the time their innocence came to light the damage had already been done i.e. they had suffered intense harassment and some of their audience left without ever learning of their innocence.

You might not agree with this and that's okay, but my 2 cents about this: I think it's better to just block and move on. That's it. The general sentiment true artists have towards AI is well known at this point, and aggressive callout culture can cause its own harms.

Then antiship people feel so extremely not okay about certain kinds of fictional pairings that they will either block proship people on sight, or they might even go out of their way to harass any proship people they find.

I guess some people have different definitions, but what I've seen the most commonly, "proship" means that as long as it's about fictional characters they're okay with ANY kind of romantic and/or sexual pairing, even in cases where the pairing would be problematic or even illegal in real life.

I didn't look at their link but I think the point is in psychology the philia is just the attraction which is something someone could refrain from acting on and maybe seek help for but people keep using that term to mean someone has already committed rape or plans to

Point is to keep going until you reach days that don't feel like this even if that takes a long time. For myself that doesn't even feel realistically possible but I gotta stick it out for my friends unless it becomes truly hopeless. Just gotta hope for the best despite some serious doubts.
