Something that sounds counterintuitive but helps me. When I get hit by that wave, and I try to read for example, I take a deep breath and think "this is pointless, it means nothing" and I keep reading.
The depressed brain isn't wrong, it's logical. So just continue through the moment until its gone.

For a more serious comment. When we actually get AI that simulates human thoughts and emotions for the sole purpose of responding with faux sympathy, that is when this discussion becomes real.
A computer seeing a one and outputting a zero does not come close to needing this discussion.

People never care about us, which I get, but people also forget that often we are the cheapest middle man.

Same and curious to see if it boots me off. I have Google VPN on my phone I can enable to test it it helps, but it would be a shame to just lose access to this app. It keeps my sanity when surrounded by morons
