おま環なのか分からんが、事象として
□「ポータルタイトル」を入力
□「場所を説明」画面遷移
→入力した「ポータルタイトル」が勝手にクリア
□「場所を説明」を入力
→「ポータルタイトル」欄に入力される
→→入力情報が保存されない
→→→以降、「ポータルタイトル」欄、「場所を説明」欄の両方とも編集不可（この画面からの遷移も不可）、結果的に申請できず
2バイト文字以外も同様の事象なので、OS依存なのか、端末依存なのか、アプリのバージョンなのか（そのうち直るんですかねぇ）
