I love the way you use colour and tones and keep saying to myself I could enjoy doing that but never find the time, how much time do you spend drifting off with a needle and thread? I used to get more done creatively when travelling forwards and backwards to work on public transport than I do now.

Have you looked at handweaving.net it is a really good site which you pay a minimum amount per year for. It has the most amazing weaving drafts for 4 shaft upwards. May I ask what loom you have and I will have a look through my drafts as well.

May I ask your permission to share this piece on my Facebook page. It is not a public page but I have friends who would want to read it. Thank you.

Sorry for the delay in response. I think that my most liked is the wall rug that I just finished weaving last year. It was made with handspun and mostly carpet wool and is a representative of my family and life. At 74 this year I am seeing the second resurgence of woollen handicrafts being loved

Lovely to see you here. I have loved seeing you elsewhere but am really looking forward to being on this. I do handspinning, knitting, sewing, embroidery and weaving and have done so for many years. It is good to see just how many of us there are.

Those are lovely selvedges well done. I always find my right selvedge is better than my left - right being my dominant hand.

Having flooding issues outside - Brittany is normally wet but this is exceptional. Yesterday and today I have been mostly digging trenches in the side garden to take the excess water away from the house and down the land. I will charge the camera and take some photos tomorrow. Loving your work.

I have a box with at least 10 flowers made from the Beekeeper's Quilt which I have filled with washed sheeps fleece. I think I may have overstuffed them and now wonder what to do. I promised myself I would finish my UWIP but have not. Yours does look grand. I will try to photograph mine.

Oh yes that would be grand. Any chance of fibre art jewellery and stump work also.
