The explosion is really bad though, it's only Deadly Demise 1. That is essentially nothing.

It really doesn't help that the rules suck. It's 75 points for a turn 1 deepstrike, but IMO there's not much you'd want for that vs just coming in from the table edge for free. It also is a great way for a melee beatstick to slingshot itself up the board and stay invincible by charging the drop pod
