This has nothing to do with Hoyo, these VAs aren't from in-house (pretty much none ever are). If Formosa, et al. won't give up on AI and won't let VAs break contracts with THEM there's nothing Hoyo can do besides recast or have a muted game stretch on indefinitely.

This has nothing to do with Hoyoverse, please learn what you're complaining about. Not only is ZZZ a non-union project to begin with but voice actors are contracted from STUDIOS. Hoyo's hands are tied if contracts are unable to be broken from studios like Formosa that won't give up on AI still.
