If you scroll down and look at all the options in there, there should be a variable with the word sclera in there and the option to pop open a color picker. If you fiddled with that and then save the changes it should get you what you want. Sorry I'm at work rn otherwise I'd get you screenshots.

You don't actually need to edit any textures for this. If you pop open the advanced editing on penumbra for one of your mods and check under.. I think its the materials tab?
