Train graffiti i think is chill as long as you dont paint over important numbers and such to make it difficult for the train company

I think it depends on the place and the tag message whether its chill or not, as someone who supports the message that tag says I dont believe painting your beliefs on a presumably public space is chill. I like graffiti when its more artsy like some of the stuff on train cars and such
