I'm trying to break into education myself soon, working toward a teaching credential for the same purpose, and I'm now extremely nervous about that as a livelihood, but I'm trying to see it as an empowering moment rather than a hopeless one. That I can be a pillar for these kids on trying times.

I really need to go finish that game still, but I've been distracted with Silent Hill 2 and FF7 Rebirth. I'll probably come back to it soon.

have you seen the Mothra Rebirth movies? I just watched the first one last night and it brought me some comfort, I've always been a huge Mothra stan. I plan on getting to the other two very soon.

I'm lucky enough to live in California, the biggest influencer of state-level politics nationwide, and I can only hope at least that the protections over here will stay in place and know that my loved ones will have what they need here. As for the rest, all I can do is hope.

I wish. I'm hopefully getting work as an educator soon and going back to college, but that's tentative. It's currently the only thing keeping me going.
