Interesting morning learning more about the fair’s links to Dumfries and how some of the rides have passed down the generations.Thanks to all the show people who spoke and The Stove Network for helping organise.

Good to be out talking to residents this afternoon in a rather chilly Georgetown. Not surprisingly the main issue was the number of potholes so we will be keeping up the pressure on the Tory administration to improve the roads for all road users.
