At Friday afternoons Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council AGM, I was honoured to have been elected as the Chairman of the Corporate Services Committee.

That's my Community Clinic set up and ready for constituents calling this afternoon, I'll be in Killynure Community Hub Carryduff between 2 till 4pm, remember no appointment necessary, just call in and I'll endeavour to help you with any issues.

I'm pleased to get the scout field Football pitch at Carryduff park reopened again after a fair bit of lobbying LCCC on this issue, it's been unused for around a year now, pitches are at a premium in the DEA, I'm committed to Working For All in Castlereagh South.

Last night at @lisburnccc full council meeting, I raised the issue in making Carryduff Park Football Pitch available for use,the delay has been down to procurement, I've been assured that this process is nearing an end and that new goalposts,toilets, pitch markings are agreed.

St. Patrick used the three-leafed shamrock to illustrate the Christian concept of the Holy Trinity (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) to the Irish people during his missionary work in the 5th century.

Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council bin collection services are operating as normal this St Patrick's Day (Monday 17th March 2025).

Carryduff Household Recycling Centre will be open from 9am to 3pm.
Last entry is 10 mins before closing time.

£6.5m paid out in childcare support a boost for working families.

Across Northern Ireland, 15,375 children are now registered for support through the Northern Ireland Childcare Subsidy Scheme.

The DUP promised action on childcare support for working families, and we have delivered.
