I think those companies are quite rare.I haven’t bought anything from Amazon in 15 years.It just takes a bit more time searching for what you want. Most of the time I get far better customer service and choice of product when dealing direct. And that has nothing to do with where I live.

You need internet to buy from Amazon. If you have internet you can buy from the companies that actually make shit.
