Hmm ok - thats not much of a penalty for a team with deep pockets. yeah teams will always find something in the detail they wont like however small which could mean a vote against I guess. i had concerns on how it would be policed given multinaltional teams & riders but in principle a cap is good

have you seen detail of how the proposed budget cap would have worked and been policed ? and crucially what the penalties would be for breach...which imo have to be severe and not just monetary. im a big fan of a proper cap & disapponted its been kicked out

ok , but every race this year apart from the Tour has had ad-free stream - now it seems the Vuelta will be the same.

Rob , The Discovery/TNT programme guide is not showing that we have an ad-free stream for the Vuelta - is this a mistake or are we going to get a repeat of what happened for the Tour

on this subject alone seems really petty by the teams so i assumed there was somehting else going on in the background

yeah , and with the met office you have forecast saying something completely different from the interactive map forecast thats located at foot of the page with respect to cloud cover -been like that all day

its been a good race but ruined by TNTs coverage. Subscribers have been conned by the removal of the ad-free stream. Its a total disgrace and nothing has been mentioned about this by anyone on the programme. also the breakaway is terrible and the mutlscreen thing is a worthless gimmick

they may mention that the increase severity may be caused by your brain being more aware of it now( cant remember the medical term for it ) - which is why they promote CBT etc to help unlock some of that.

sorry to hear it got worse. i saw ENT consultant x2 who were more keen on CBT & aides to mask the severity of the tinnitus ( which is fine ) rather than dealing with the root cause in my case which pissed me off a bit. hopefully you get see someone soon

long covid has also been mentioned as possible contributor - but i think that gets mentioned when they run out of causes for everything. keep us updated ... hope it gets sorted asap
