I still think it would be worth contacting your local delivery office as that’s where the local posties are based. Easy for me to say as my delivery office is a 15 min walk away. Maybe you could get your councillor to rattle their cage?

Go to your local delivery office and explain the situation? Ask them to make sure your mailbox only gets filled with your mail maybe.
