Yesterday, the Lib Dems announced our plan to put £270 back into your pockets by cutting energy bills and a 5% VAT cut for pubs, restaurants and hospitality.
We are asking major banks to pay more via a windfall tax, half of which will go towards this plan and help tackle the cost-of-living crisis.

The Local Housing Allowance (LHA) is meant to help those on low incomes access the secure housing that they deserve.
But for years, this allowance has remained frozen. The Government must urgently act to end this freeze and implement support for those that need it most.
