And there you have it. This never was about improving the functions of the federal government, nor about saving taxpayers money, but about plundering their pockets to enrich the richest man on the planet.

The next set of democratic candidates needs to coalesce around a simple catchy message, kinda like the MAGA line.
I propose "Rebuild and Restore America", or RARA.
Easy to digest, simple messaging, nebulous enough that it can be applied to numerous initiatives. Similar to the New Deal of FDR

That is millions that need help, and it should be made obvious that it isn't the GOP helping them.
That means millions that can vote out those that push for these policies in the midterms.

CA can rebuild with fire/earthquake resistance in mind, and have strong environmental efficiency requirements for the buildings. A decentralized grid is also now possible.
