I’m so sick of hearing the negative talk in my head. I’m so sick of everyone around me proving it right. I’m so sick of caring for everyone around me more than I can possibly care for myself.

And I really wish my shit parents hadn’t managed to stumble me into adulthood. Just one untreated childhood infection could have solved all these problems for me.

I really just want to turn off for a few days and be free to indulge in self harm. But instead I have to go to a work function and I’m terrified of going and terrified of not going.
