I live in Seattle as well and my grandfather battled bamboo in the back yard of the house I now live until his death. We finally got it out back in the late 90s when I was a kid. Only to have new neighbors plant some more on the other side of the fence a couple years ago. I’m scarred.

I’m from western Washington and Lewis County had an awful billboard along i5 for decades that changed hands recently and now is owned by the local native tribe.
