If he was too out of it to complete the booking process the jail should have refused to accept him. Divert to emergency room for a mental status change work up. This can be done. I bet they even have an on call doctor who could have ordered this.

Really? I was a little disappointed. I hadn't been for a while, and was surprised by the number of empty tables. A lot of the displays were more political than interesting or educational. I did have fun talking to a couple of the authors though.

Where are these medical students going to train when they graduate? Residency programs get thousands of applications every year for limited training slots.
