I was wondering if there was something different about the berries (besides basic ripeness) that made them better later in the season. Good to know.

*This bird is Turdus migratorius, which is called a robin here in the US. It is not closely related to the original bird that bears this name (Erythacus rubecula). It’s nearly the same bird as a fieldfare, except its underside is orange.

Maybe something similar to what these three conifers have in common

That question with those two examples has been used and re-used in patient health questionnaires since at least the 90s. Possibly much earlier.
