I'm a USAF veteran of the Security Police. Here's a picture of Bear. Our MWD at my first base, Minot, AFB, ND. He was a great dog who left us too early. Now MWDs can be adopted for retirement. 🐶😁🐶

I was in the USAF during the 80s, and I always ended up with the freeze dried pork patty. God they sucked!! It looks like today's MREs are much better.

Not all military veterans are human. Here's a picture of Bear, our K9 MWD at Minot AFB, ND in the mid 80s. Unfortunately Bear was put down a couple of months after I took this photo. Back then they'd put a MWD down after a certain age. I miss him.

Yes, our chihuahua Lilly loves Dr. Pohl. She likes watching the animals. And our Boston Terrier Arya loves to watch people sing; she'll sing along as well.

Before MS, Flight Sim, there was SubLogic FS. I had it for my TRS-80 Model 1. Years later the company became BAO. I worked there as a software tester on the 90s. MS bought out the company.

I decompress by outdoor exercise. It improves my mood and I get a forrest bath to reset. Check out your local park, bike/walking trail and nature preserve. I love biking on the Louisville Loop and going over the passenger bridge over the Ohio River.

Binx is so excited, it was national black cat day and now this. Also let's remember the cats we lost. First pick Binx, then Kiki, and Moo Girl. All three were adopted and are/were awesome cats.

Kiki was our first adopted black cat. He was a Maine Coon and was a sweetheart. I miss him.

In Norse mythology, black cats were sacred to Freyja, the goddess of love and fertility. Two large black cats, according to myth, were used to pull Freyja's chariot. Leaving out saucers, of milk were said to bring favor with these cats. Binx would like that gig. 😻😻😻
