The EPA’s move to pull the Endangerment Finding is bad news - for clean vehicles, climate change, and consumers alike. It threatens 15 years of progress in fuel efficiency and EV deployments driven by strong standards. UCS’s Don Anair breaks it down in his latest blog.

After reading this article about what happened to Dr. Criscitiello, I'm disgusted with Nat Geo. Pulling the documentary and stating "something came to light that was relevant to the film" is so sus. It's obvious that Nat Geo bent the knee to the POS-in-charge and removed it because she's Queer.

No shit, Sherlock.
The White House has finally decided some of its DOGE-directed firings were a mistake.

The National Weather Service has received permission to hire hundreds back—including 126 “front-line mission critical” personnel whose need became especially apparent in the wake of Texas' floods. trib.al/fXR3w2X

I volunteer with a local @sierraclub.org group because I was concerned about climate change and still am. Finding community in these local groups helps people stay with it for the long haul.

An excellent piece on why there's such pushback on solar. I knew utility companies make it hard for homeowners to get solar installed, and impossible for anyone who lives in an apartment. What I didn't realize was how much of a hurdle permits pose to the problem.

This administration will do everything in its power to make it harder for renewable energy projects to function because the dumbass in charge and his minions bow down to oil and gas companies. A risk to communications infrastructure? Come on! 😒🙄
Scoop: The Trump administration is now pushing for national mandatory land use restrictions on all wind projects — including those on private land — by claiming they present a risk to critical communications infrastructure.
Trump’s Total War on Wind Power
Since July 4, the federal government has escalated its assault on wind development to previously unimaginable heights.

Why did Trump declare a national energy emergency? Simply put, Trump’s declaration aims to accelerate fossil fuel projects on public lands and roll back environmental protections.
