I analyzed the NW hub expansion for the EDO and didn't pull any punches. Given the way that the WA govt reversed newly implemented EPA standards to allow it to happen, this was inevitable.
I am not surprised but am furious. I still don't think this industry will survive much beyond 2040.

It's not autocorrelation. The test used is widely approved of when detecting inhomogeneities and suspect when detecting systemic shifts. The thermodynamic response to forcing is complex - radiative transfer is additive, the dissipation of heat is not. Prepare to be amazed.
