💡 All too often, photographs of heat pumps show the object but don’t tell the story. They don’t show the real world potential of heat pumps that audiences can relate to and see themselves as a part of, or the diversity of installers and users.

Not only do we need to see people-first policies, we need to tell a better story of fairness and why it matters. People need to see and hear the benefits of clean energy - that it’s for people like them - and understand that it won’t put them out of pocket.

💡 People are divided on whether future home-heating policies will be fair to them. Cutting financial support for heat pumps risks losing people’s faith in the government to help them adopt affordable and eco-friendly energy in their homes.
