Yesterday, alongside James Sanders Jr. I stood at the NYSE advocating for the reinstatement of the Stock Transfer Tax. NY had such a tax from 1905 until 1981. Reintroducing it could generate an estimated $14 to $16 billion annually, providing a buffer against potential federal funding cuts.
