Oh, so now it's open season on 15? How about 14, 13 and 12?? Statutory rape is the crime of sex with a minor when the sex is agreed to by both parties, not forced. How can they agree if they are not of legal age? Nice try to twist it into a defense, but I doubt any decent parent would say it's ok.

The 50 year mortgage is to prevent the middle class from leaving the biggest asset they have to their children. It's to prevent the transfer of wealth to another generation. A 30 yr mortgage is full of tricks and traps, tax increases, escrow"padding", wheeling and dealing. The idea is HORSESH*T
