Hadn't posted anything in a while but I wanted/needed to share this. Recently switched ISPs. Didn't know Spectrum would make it so hard for me to leave. 2 CS reps and a store visit later, here I am. You can't even cancel anything anymore without someone trying to offer you the world. No thanks.
