We have been hosted by CDS Co-operatives www.cds.coop over the past seven years, and from April we will become an integral part of CDS' mission to make community led housing more widespread.

We've been working with CDS to bring together stakeholders from across the social housing sector to explore how co-operation and power sharing between providers and resident communities can work to address key issues the sector is facing.

Great to check the #NPPF and find our comments taken on board! The new definition works for a range of #communityledhousing. Although wordy, it helps LPAs "seek opportunities through policies and decisions, to support small sites to come forward for community-led development for housing" (para 73)

Great news for #E16 #CLT as Newham Cabinet approve the transfer of a small site in Canning Town. Mayor Rokhsana Fiaz described it as "another housing milestone in Newham".
