I understand EU concerns about security & defence,especially given threat of Trump reelection. Instead of diverting EU energy /cleantech funds to defence & duplicating efforts wouldnt it be more useful if EU spent more time convincing member states to meet NATO commitments⁉️ #defence #energy

Norway has signed up to the clean energy transition partnership. One of the partnerships main goals is right end international public finance for fossil fuels.
