Here’s a quick project I made. It is an alternative Google homepage that redirects to Google web only search results. It also accepts query strings in the url.

SplitMark now offers multiple tabs. You can switch between three editing panes using the Tab button. The content of each pane is stored in the browser's local storage, allowing you to work on different documents without losing your progress.

Getting the scrolling right on SplitMark was way harder than I expected. The padding on the bottom of the editor and the scroll sync took some time to get right but I’m happy with how it turned out.
