Technically other than a RIF, they can only get let go for poor performance, or bad background. But they don’t have appeal rights except for special circumstances so these fucks can claim poor performance for anyone regardless of actual performance. Other than a class action I’m not sure what to do.

How can they layoff without a RIF? My understanding is probationary can be let go for bad background, poor performance, or a RIF. But everything is such a fire hose it’s hard to know.

How about them using AI to scrub email replies to OPM regarding the DRP, and getting a ton of false positives bc they were hitting on keywords that were also being used in questions about the program. No way they didn’t approach the Treasury the same way and also get false “duplicate spending”.
