How are you going to be “united and forceful” if you continually allow a handful of the party to stab the rest in the back with no repercussions?

This was a losing move

What an idiot

now all the Republicans who *created the situation* don’t have to deal with any of that guilt and shame either

Great respect for you—but can you explain why it was not a surprise?

For many, understanding is Alito and others are ideologically opposed to Obergefell, which only passed 5-4 to begin with.

Court has been reversing decisions and creating chaos in general—why should we have been sanguine? Thanks

I get this now, but damn I wish I could go tell me from 15 years ago

I wish more people realized that that progress *isn’t guaranteed*— as regulations are cut back, as stewardship is abandoned, as a country and society is allowed to disintegrate into a giant factory town—we are not guaranteed to keep those modern amenities.

Reagan Foundation should be DEEPLY ashamed of themselves, lying to cover for the current (and worst ever) president by misrepresenting the president whose legacy they’re meant to maintain

Why the hell is @whitehouse.senate.gov voting for a judge who:
1) won’t acknowledge who fairly won the 2020 election and
2) won’t condemn the events of January 6, 2021?

This isn’t a rhetorical question—what the hell, dude?
