Back up to 65kg x10 reps for 3 sets on deadlifts. Gave the open bar a try for the first time today. Not sure if I liked it compared to the standard bar 🤔

I'll always fondly remember Adam's support for us at the European Junior Chess Championships when I was a kid.
He'd sit with us to analyse after long games: win, draw or loss, to celebrate or commiserate. I remember his kindness & patience. And his love for the game.
