I certainly do not disagree with the importance of the woman being first proclaimers of the resurrection. I am husband and father to two women pastors. However Christianity has to do with Jesus’ resurrection and the coming of the Holy Spirit.

I’m not happy with the results of the election but like we said to Republicans in 2020 there needs to be verifiably proof.

Two points: 1. Indeed if it had been anyone else Hunter wouldn’t have faced jail time. 2 MAGA wants their man to have the power of an autocrat. Well this is an autocrat gets to do.

Absolutely look forward to Advent and a daily adventure in beers. This will be a unique year since my family is doing a road trip across middle America for 8 days. We will be looking out for local craft beers at each stop. The rest of the days were selected at a local beer shop.

I stumbled on this Podcast and you might find it helpful. I don’t really read any faster but I read with less guilt. I’m also big into Blinkest

I would hope that you and I would get to know each other first. I would like to understand what you mean by a sacred circle so that I don’t screw things up by my ignorance and arrogance.

I agree. Sports are only an issue as a means to attack transgendered people.

Wow! You have come looking for a fight. I’m not here to fight but offer positions that fit within the context of Christian traditions. You don’t have to accept them nor is that my expectation. But your escalating responses tell me a lot about where you are at. If you reject what I have to say okay.

People who have physical alterations by drugs, steroids or surgery which alter or enhance performance should be excluded. Transgender is one just one medical condition that might exclude someone.

You assume that those questions aren’t asked within the faith community. Sometimes are insights are less than adequate and the insights we gain are often labeled as BS by people such as yourself. But what if God has limits? Or God has imposed limits on God’s self?

I understand your point. It is based upon a particular definition of God and the assumption that is the position of all religious folk. The topic of evil has always been a part of Christian theology. You can use evil to deny God. It is interesting to embrace God and consider evil.

Conversation in which all involved can learn a bit more about each other. A common problem is that most religions are hated for the very things that they themselves condemn. I am part of a group that meets at a Pub we are mostly Christian but some are agnostic and an atheist we learn from each other
