Love this! So simple and informative. Also, accomplishing the simple tasks brings a sense of accomplishment, and you won't need much motivation for the other tasks.

I feel the obsession is a net positive, it’s better to be aware than asleep at the wheel. But to your point, there is a mistaken belief that if you understand why you do something, you have fixed it.
Ultimately, the goal is understanding yourself so you can move through the world better.
